We aim to accelerate a company's expansion plans by way of adjacent services or geographic expansion, while always focusing on long-term and sustainable growth. This is achieved through a combination of institutionalization, scaling, and operational and financial improvements.
BUSINESS SCALE
Acquisition value between $3 and $18 million (EBITDA or SDE between approximately $1-3 million)
STABILITY
Stable sales and/or cash flows regardless of economic cycles
GROWTH PROFILE
Sustainable growth patterns that reflect positively on the bottom line
MANAGEMENT TEAM
